I absolutely love training with my crew and the lovely Janine from Wella!
It is such a great opportunity to try out new ideas, colour formulations, techniques and just have fun!
Our lovely model Taryn had some weaved ombre and balayage, a technique that I wanted to try that I thought up a few weeks ago!
I also wanted to try adding some soft colours of Violet and caramel into the mix and this was a great opportunity to muck around with different tones, and it worked out so perfectly.
Training in the craft of hairdressing is the only way to improve and constantly take yourself to the next level.
I always feel so much better at my job after spending time with Janine.
