This is one of my lovelies! Fabulous short haircut with a lot of texture, and asymmetry with a dusty rose pink hair colour to top it off.
Wella is really producing some great technology in colour at the moment, but this is an oldie that has had new life injected into it.
Also, as you can see in the image below, it is an incredibly versatile haircut. 
Carlie, the master of Ombre and balayage is at it again! Look at this beautiful 2 toned balayage Ombre, he has pre lightened her base, and then gone through and used a shocking pink and a biro blue to create a very amazing tonal Ombre balayage. I love this look, technically difficult to achieve but
