Orders will be dispatched within 24 hours of purchase.
All items are shipped to you via courier. We use Australia Post where a courier is unavailable or not possible, For example, if you want your items delivered to a PO BOX.
(Please note – Due to the current global pandemic there are sometimes longer than usual delivery times. To check on the whereabouts of your items, please use the tracking number provided)
Your will be emailed receipt of purchase with your Australia Post tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
RETURNS & REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
Your items may be returned within 30 days of purchase. Goods must be unopened, unused and in the original packaging and condition they were sent in.
Returns are at the expense of the purchaser.
Exchanges are at the expense of the purchaser and a delivery fee will apply for all exchanged goods. All items returned for exchange must arrive back to us in the original condition and packaging that they arrived in.
Delivery costs are non-refundable.
All refunds will be provided through the original method of payment (in this case, PayPal) within 7 days of receipt of your returned items.
Any items sold as part of a sale are strictly non-refundable or exchangeable.
CHANGES TO AN ORDER
We will do our best to accommodate requests for changes to an order. We recommend getting in touch via email email@example.com and soon as possible to make changes to an order that has already been placed.
Changes to an order that has already been placed cannot be guaranteed and returns of items will be at the expense of the purchaser.
If your items arrive in a damaged condition, they will be replaced and re-dispatched by us at our expense.
If your order is missing or delayed, please contact the courier via the information provided in your order confirmation, or Australia Post with the tracking number provided. A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched.
