I'm very happy with the result and I'll be surely coming back!1/10/2023I came back a year later to change my cut. This time, I did not love the haircut and felt the layers were visually separated. I contacted them and told them how I felt. They were very quick to respond and offer a touch up. This is my first visit to Delilah and after seeing all those awesome instagram pictures, I knew I... just had to go in to experience it myself. And boy was I NOT the slightest disappointed at all! Walking in, I was greeted by all the friendly staffs and Adrian, my hairdresser, is not only very knowledgeable in his line of work, he is also full of passion about making beautiful hair. As I watched him work through the mirror, I see an artist at work with brilliant fire of concentration in his eyes as he works his strokes with scissors and comb. Nevertheless, he was still able to converse and provide great customer service which really speak volumes about his professionalism. And the end result of my 'drycutting' experience is absolutely satisfying and fabulous! 😀 It was worth taking the bus and train into Brunswick East for my haircut! <3read more

I went to Delilah Hair Studio to get my hair permenantly straightened and I was more than... impressed! I have very curly hair so I was definitely worried doing the process for starters but the consultation that we had before which included testing the product on my hair put me at ease! My hair has been transformed!!I went to Delilah Hair Studio thinking that permanently straighten... hair would be the answer to my crazy curly, dry and unmanageable hair! After booking a consultation with Adrian, he advised me that permanent straightening would not be the right outcome for my hair. Instead he recommended a Keratin smoothing treatment, so I followed through on his advice and I’m so thrilled I did! He handed me to Chloe (with brown hair – there are two Chloe’s in the salon) who thankfully had a cancellation during the time I was there. She preformed the treatment and it has done wonders to my hair (thanks Chloe, mwah)!! Where has this treatment been all my life?! My hair looks amazing, shining and frizz-free! I’m so incredibly grateful that Adrian had convinced me that Keratin would be the better option for my hair. And as for Chloe who gave me all those amazing tips on how to care for my hair… guys, I cannot thank you both enough! I will definitely be back! xread more

I don't recall the name of the lovely lady that did the chemical straightening on my hair, she was... from the UK originally! She was absolutely lovely and did an amazing job on my hair. The customer service she provided was 10/10 and the way she explained the entire process made me feel so comfortable throughout the 3-4hours. I had a hair cut a month ago with Adrian! I have really thick,black and frizzy hair! Also very... damaged too for some reason! Adrian suggested me to have a keratin treatment! I could not thank Adrian enough for his dedication and service.I almost went near to closing time... of the day when most of the people lose their energy and enthusiasm, but these guys love what they do and hence that vibe.He is such a lovely person, patiently listened to my problems and what exactly I wanted. Hands down the best salon I've been to (and i'm pretty fussy)!! These guys are experts - really... know what they're doing and what will work for you. A lot of salons can be pretty intimidating but the staff here are SUPER friendly (as are the clients) and you can just have a glass of wine, chat and relax in knowing they will do exactly what you ask for but also suggest something new if you feel like it. I had a great experience!! I went to get my hair cut from Chloe (I think?!) and was getting a new... cut from very long hair to a short bob.The hair cut was the best I've had in years. She really understood my curly hair (for example cutting it dry to see the actual length with the curl) and took the time to make it perfect.I had a big cut, washed and blow dried. It took just over an hour and best of all only cost me $80 which is a steal compared to anywhere else I go.Loved this place and will definitely be back.read more
