I’m sure you all have questions about existing appointments, reopening dates and other stuff, so here goes!

I also wanted to say thank-you for your ongoing support and love for Delilah, it is much appreciated and kept us all in high spirits at such a weird time in history.

What if I have an appointment booked during the 6 week lockdown?

If you have an appointment booked during the next 6 weeks it is cancelled beyond our control.

What will happen to my deposit?

If you have paid a deposit for a booking during the lockdown, don’t worry it’s safe! How will I know when I can rebook?

As soon as we know when we can reopen we will tell you. The best way to find out info is to FOLLOW US ON OUR SOCIALS as we always post there first. Instagram is the best way to find out information and stay connected!

How can I rebook?

Our online booking system will open before the salon reopens so all appointments will need to be booked online. You can do this via our online booking system. We will post to our social media and send you another email as soon as we have a date to reopen.

How can I Support You?

Purchasing a gift voucher and pre-paying your next visit, or purchasing products from our online store is the best way to get behind us and help us through this difficult time! And we thank you for doing so!

Family violence

During this current Covid pandemic, situations of family violence have skyrocketed and get much worse during lockdowns. As you all know, I am an ambassador for FVREE (Eastern Domestic Violence Service Victoria) and their HAIR3RS program to help hairdressers understand and respond to the signs of family violence in our clients. A small donation to FVREE will go a long way to help fund projects to end family violence.
