We’re so excited to welcome you to Delilah! To help you get the most out of your appointment—whether it’s for a fresh cut, colour, or both—please take a moment to read the following.

FOR HAIRCUT GUESTS
We’re all about dry-cutting and working with your natural hair texture to bring out its best. Here’s how we need you to arrive:
•Hair must be completely dry. Wash it the night before or come with it a couple of days old—whatever makes it sit at its best.
•Natural texture is key. Please don’t blow-dry or stretch your hair out. Air-dried or diffuse-dried is perfect.
•Keep product use minimal. A little leave-in conditioner is okay, but avoid heavy styling products—they can interfere with your natural texture and make it harder for us to cut accurately.
•No ponytails, hats, or clips. These stretch out your hair and make it impossible to see how it really behaves.
•Detangle before you come. We don’t wash or brush hair before cutting, so please arrive knot-free.

FOR HAIR COLOUR GUESTS
•Please arrive with dry hair.
•Wash it the night before your appointment. Colour works best on clean hair that isn’t coated in too much natural oil or product.
•If you’re also booked in for a haircut, please follow the haircut instructions above.

ARRIVAL TIME
Please aim to arrive 5 minutes early so we can greet you properly, offer you a drink, and get everything set up for your stylist.
Running late? It really limits what we can do—especially for our EXPRESS HAIRCUTS, which are only 15–30 minutes long. Arriving late may mean we can’t complete your service and your deposit will be forfeited. We appreciate your understanding—it helps us give everyone the time and attention they deserve.
