Dry cutting takes such skill and precision.

Chloe nails it! Anyone can claim to be able to dry cut hair – but to get results like this takes phenomenal skill and concentration.

I love how it creates a relaxed but interesting and textural feel in longer hair, and definately provides a great wash and wear look.

I have really curly hair and I find it hard to look for a good place. Delilah is amazing. They absolutely know what they are doing and give me great cut every time. HIGHLY RECOMMEND whatever type of hair you have. Also, dry cutting is a game changer. It's the best way to cut hair.

From the moment you enter the building the service is warm and friendly the entire staff are amazing. Mr D (could gush forever about how wonderful he is) is careful and thoughtful and the only hairdresser I've ever had who actual cared about how my hair would look after the cut and after I left the salon. I was excited to get my haircut with Chloe and she gave me a brilliant cut. The years of going to hairdressers that don’t understand curly hair is over! Chloe was a great listener and communicator, working with what I had in mind and what suited my hair. So happy I found somewhere I feel comfortable and confident to go to. I’ve always hated going to the hairdresser because I was always treated poorly and felt unwelcome. I don’t know if it’s because of my skin color, curly hair or neurodiversity. Regardless, that’s never been an issue at Delilahs. Finally, I feel welcome and accepted as who I am.My haircut embraces who I am and my texture rather than trying to manipulate my hair and look to be something else.I felt empowered strong and confident when I walked out. What a delightful experience I had at Delilah. Finally I've found a salon that understands how curls work! Greeted with a smile and lots of curly humans around to make you feel right at home. Dani cut my hair - she listened, was attentive and cut my hair to perfection. I left the salon feeling like myself, not as though I had to go home and re-style it myself. I got a curly cut from Mr.D a few weeks ago. The studio was beautiful and so easy to get to and Mr.D was so welcoming and warm. They really helped me open up and gave me great advice for styling my new vibe which looks just as good as the day i walked out. It’s obvious the whole team really enjoy each others company and the work they do. Just had the most amazing curly hair cut from the lovely Naia. She took the time and care to consider everything in my cut- framing my face gorgeously, ponytail, layers, keeping hair out my face, keeping me comfortable and I’m sure much more I don’t even know to think of. This was my first time ever at Delilah after hearing amazing things about the team and the experience. Needless to say, it was probably the best haircut I've had!! James was the most amazing and friendly person ever and he did a brilliant job with my curls.My previous hair had no shape or style to it and James really took the time to listen to what I wanted but also gave his expert opinion to tailor the cut that ended up being exactly what my curl type and face shape needed! Feels great to be in a salon with your own kind with curly people of all different ethnicities. I had the cezanne keratin treatment. I did note they said it's unlikely to reduce curl and more for reducing blow dry time and defrizzing, however it seemed to reduce my curl by about 80% and did less for reducing frizz. I wear my hair straight a lot anyway so I don't mind. I feel like my blow dry time hasn't been reduced nearly as much compared to other keratin treatments but my hair is looking so much healthier.

I hate the hairdressers, so much anxiety and uncomfortable-ness. The staff at delilah were receptive to this feeling and they helped me get through it and come out with an awesome curly haircut! Dani was great to me. Thoughout our interaction Dani answered my questions, from - "where do I look at you to speak, to you...in the mirror or do I turn around?" To "what do you think about a XYZ for my hair?" Dani asked me questions, checking in on what was comfortable and what wasn't including asking if I wanted or liked head massages..I don't and so Dani didn't. I really like the curly cut I get at delilah. You don't end up with perfectly sculptured and defined curls that make you look like the next curly person in the chair over. You get curly hair that has some personality, a haircut that will embrace your frizz and tizz and look good when you style it at home! Thanks Dani! And thanks Delilah!

I have been a loyal Delilah customer for years now and am so happy with my wonderful hairdresser George. We always have a discussion about style before cutting and he nails it every time! I have wavy hair and it’s been a mission to find a hairdresser that embraces curls. Now my grey hair is coming through - they advised me no more colour appointments as it looks fab! I had an appointment with Josie on Saturday morning. Honestly the best hair cut I've ever had, my curls naturally form way better after showers now. I won't ever get a wet hair cut again, only dry cutting for these curls from now on. Unsure if I will colour my hair again, but if I do I'll test it out here.Not only was my hair healthier and prettier after the service, the costumer service was amazing. They even offered my partner (who was not getting a cut) a coffee/tea, which was very nice. My green tea was lovely : )

Having trawled the net for a hairdresser I would feel safe to trust I settled on Delilah and patiently waited weeks and weeks for an appointment. After my long wait I arrived looking like something from the Wild West - Josie transformed me to edgy and decently civilised. It feels great! She worked like a true creative, took care to follow the lines of my head and face, it was only a pleasure to trust my unruly tresses to her expert finely honed skills. The result feels great! She even encouraged me to let my hair grey naturally which was a shock as I have never considered this, but being closer to 70 than 60, she had a point. For now this also feels great. I retain the right to go brilliantly red at any time, but they have that capacity: they have a wild red conditioner that would last 10-12 washes and gradually fade, a great option instead of sitting in foils for hours regularly. Josie was excited to be given the task of a complete change and took up the challenge with warmth and enthusiasm. I will be back!

Feels great to be in a salon with your own kind with curly people of all different ethnicities. I... had the cezanne keratin treatment. I did note they said it's unlikely to reduce curl and more for reducing blow dry time and defrizzing, however it seemed to reduce my curl by about 80% and did less for reducing frizz. I wear my hair straight a lot anyway so I don't mind. I feel like my blow dry time hasn't been reduced nearly as much compared to other keratin treatments but my hair is looking so much healthier.read more

I hate the hairdressers, so much anxiety and uncomfortable-ness. The staff at delilah were... receptive to this feeling and they helped me get through it and come out with an awesome curly haircut! Dani was great to me. Thoughout our interaction Dani answered my questions, from - "where do I look at you to speak, to you...in the mirror or do I turn around?" To "what do you think about a XYZ for my hair?" Dani asked me questions, checking in on what was comfortable and what wasn't including asking if I wanted or liked head massages..I don't and so Dani didn't. I really like the curly cut I get at delilah. You don't end up with perfectly sculptured and defined curls that make you look like the next curly person in the chair over. You get curly hair that has some personality, a haircut that will embrace your frizz and tizz and look good when you style it at home! Thanks Dani! And thanks Delilah!read more

I had an appointment with Josie on Saturday morning. Honestly the best hair cut I've ever had, my... curls naturally form way better after showers now. I won't ever get a wet hair cut again, only dry cutting for these curls from now on. Having trawled the net for a hairdresser I would feel safe to trust I settled on Delilah and... patiently waited weeks and weeks for an appointment. After my long wait I arrived looking like something from the Wild West - Josie transformed me to edgy and decently civilised. It feels great! She worked like a true creative, took care to follow the lines of my head and face, it was only a pleasure to trust my unruly tresses to her expert finely honed skills. The result feels great! She even encouraged me to let my hair grey naturally which was a shock as I have never considered this, but being closer to 70 than 60, she had a point. For now this also feels great. I retain the right to go brilliantly red at any time, but they have that capacity: they have a wild red conditioner that would last 10-12 washes and gradually fade, a great option instead of sitting in foils for hours regularly. Josie was excited to be given the task of a complete change and took up the challenge with warmth and enthusiasm. I will be back!read more
