As soon as I walked in to the salon I felt welcome and comfortable. Adrian was a true professional... and listened to what I wanted and offered suggestions - we were exactly on the same page. The best dry cutting I have ever had, the complete makeover was brilliant. The colour and cut was exactly what I wanted. The head massage was the most relaxing massage I've had in a long time. I am so excited to spread the word about Delilah Hair Studio! After pondering for so long, I... decided to search online for Curly Cutters. I discovered Delilah Hair Studio which had a great Website and was situated close to my home, so I took a chance and booked an appointment. Well it turned out to be one of the best things that I've done. Finally, I found a Curly Cutter who listened and knew exactly what to do and what was needed to compliment my curls. I'd never experienced Dry Cutting before but it was truly amazing and I also appreciated the tips and advice along the way. I hadn't had my dry, frizzy, crazy mane cut in over 18 months and used to wear it up all the time... as it was in such poor condition. Had my first keratin treatment done at Delilah this morning, with Brydie (apologies if I've got the... name wrong). She was friendly and professional - asking what I wanted to achieve to make sure it was the right treatment for me, discussing after care treatment etc. Loved the little touches like offering me a drink, magazines etc. Also had another hairdresser take away my cup and asked if I needed anything else. I had a super terrible cut and colour before I first saw Adrian, he rectified it perfectly, and each cut and colour thereafter has been more amazing than the last. This is my first visit to Delilah and after seeing all those awesome instagram pictures, I knew I... just had to go in to experience it myself. And boy was I NOT the slightest disappointed at all! Walking in, I was greeted by all the friendly staffs and Adrian, my hairdresser, is not only very knowledgeable in his line of work, he is also full of passion about making beautiful hair. As I watched him work through the mirror, I see an artist at work with brilliant fire of concentration in his eyes as he works his strokes with scissors and comb. Nevertheless, he was still able to converse and provide great customer service which really speak volumes about his professionalism. My hair has been transformed!!I went to Delilah Hair Studio thinking that permanently straighten... hair would be the answer to my crazy curly, dry and unmanageable hair! After booking a consultation with Adrian, he advised me that permanent straightening would not be the right outcome for my hair. Instead he recommended a Keratin smoothing treatment, so I followed through on his advice and I’m so thrilled I did! He handed me to Chloe (with brown hair – there are two Chloe’s in the salon) who thankfully had a cancellation during the time I was there. She preformed the treatment and it has done wonders to my hair (thanks Chloe, mwah)!! Where has this treatment been all my life?! My hair looks amazing, shining and frizz-free! I’m so incredibly grateful that Adrian had convinced me that Keratin would be the better option for my hair. I don't recall the name of the lovely lady that did the chemical straightening on my hair, she was... from the UK originally! She was absolutely lovely and did an amazing job on my hair. The customer service she provided was 10/10 and the way she explained the entire process made me feel so comfortable throughout the 3-4hours. Hands down the best salon I've been to (and i'm pretty fussy)!! These guys are experts - really... know what they're doing and what will work for you. I had a great experience!! I went to get my hair cut from Chloe (I think?!) and was getting a new... cut from very long hair to a short bob.The hair cut was the best I've had in years. She really understood my curly hair (for example cutting it dry to see the actual length with the curl) and took the time to make it perfect.I had a big cut, washed and blow dried. I have been with the same hair dresser for over 15 years but the time came I had to move on and... find a new one. I am so excited to have found Chloe at Delilah, she is a rock star with my hair! I absolutely love my colour blonde and the cuts she has given me! So happy with my hair smoothing process!With ringlet curles, never do I walk out of the house with... no product or drying/ironing straight... But did for the first time after my treatment and was so happy with the natural soft curl dry. Plus now only takes me 15 minutes to blow wave straight... Not an hour. Yes, it takes forever (but you can't get around that, there are so many parts to the process, about which you can Google the details), but the stylists were so kind and helpful that the time just flew by...
Excellent (and I do mean EXCELLENT - stylists who were with other clients would ask me how I was doing) customer service aside, a person who gets this straightening done can't really tell how well it's taken until after that 72 hour mark, when we're able to wash our hair. So here I am, 3 days later, post wash, and my hair is - seriously, and I hated my hair most days - awesome. Air-dried straight and (with some simple leave-in treatment I got from the chemist) shiny, silky and touchable.
A+. And if you're not interested in the Japanese straightening, i can tell you this much - in the almost 5 hours I was sitting in that salon, I saw several happy (and from what I gathered, repeat) customers leaving with amazing cut and color jobs. ��read more

I stumbled on DELILAH over 8 years ago after many a disastrous hair Doo and I have never ever... looked back, Adrian and his team run the most relaxed and fun salon, yet the professionalism is still prevelant in the work that they do which they pride themselves on immensely.In my time at DELILAH I have gone from pixie length to 1970's Cher length with the help of some extensions of course ! I have had my... hair chemically straightened previously in Asia about four times, and Claire achieved the best results by far. My hair is soft silky and manageable. It is much healthier than it was before, and almost a month later it is still extremely straight. Claire also gave me the most wonderful haircut. I can’t begin to explain how excited I am to have found Delilah Hair Studio, I am lucky enough to... have a head full of hair which I am extremely grateful for however the time it takes me to dry and straighten my hair is less than desirable. I've learnt from years of woeful experience that most hairdressers require very slow, very specific... instruction on exactly what to do in order to achieve the look I want.Adrian at Delilah is the first person I've found who requires none of this - he knows just what to do, and gets it spot on the first time without fuss. He's managed to transform my whispy pixie-locks to long, glam blonde tendrils when no other hairdresser said it was possible.
