Being a good colourist means that you can meet all kinds of hair challenges and have the ability to create fabulous colour for people that isn’t always straight forward and easy.

On our wonderful client that is pictured below, she has a fabulous short textured haircut, she also washes her hair a lot and it is quite fine, so getting hair colour to hold is quite difficult, and to get that said hair colour to be bright is also another level on top.

I was so pleased that all of my technical knowledge came together with this fabulous haircut and colour and wow! Have a look below.

I filled her hair with a pure pigment from Wella, dried it in to her hair. Next I added a tint hair colour. I used Wella’s intense reds, a gorgeous dark blonde tint, and added some pure pigment into the mix also!

When I rinsed it off and dried it I was so so excited by the result and blown away!

This pic taken in the sunlight, in my opinion, is what separates red hair colour from red hair colour! It’s glossy, shiny, rich and intense, and will last the full six weeks until we cut and colour her hair again!

She will definitely stop traffic!
